How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment, please send an email via the contact page on our website or at qtspeechassistance@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate needs as soon as possible.

What should I include in an appointment inquiry email?

When contacting us about wanting an appointment or having received a referral from your general practitioner, please provide us with:

  • Name of the client

  • Name of the parent/guardian/carer 

  • Contact email

  • Contact number

We will be in touch as soon as possible about what documentation we will need from you and when you approximately will be able to access our services.
